Best practices for event / calendar qr codes
Include the video/webinar link in the event description
For online events, add the Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet URL in the event description. Attendees can then tap the link directly from their calendar entry on the day.
Set a specific timezone in the event data
If your audience spans multiple timezones, always specify the timezone in the event data (e.g. Europe/London). Without this, some calendar apps default to the device's local timezone, causing time confusion.
