As a digital subscription service, everything is delivered electronically:

2. Delivery timeline
New subscriptions activate within 1-2 minutes of payment confirmation from Razorpay, with a confirmation email typically arriving within 5 minutes. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately upon payment or cancellation, with no waiting period.
3. International & domestic access
Unqode SmartQR is cloud-based and accessible worldwide with no geographical restrictions. Customers from any country receive the same instant digital access — there's no courier, customs, or postal dependency of any kind since nothing physical ships.
4. Email notifications
You'll receive emails for: welcome (on signup), subscription confirmation (on successful payment), plan changes, and payment receipts. If you don't receive an expected email, check your spam folder first, then email hello@unqode.com.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime with 24/7 access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance by email where practical. Since this is a digital service, there are no delivery delays from couriers, customs, weather, or address verification — the only dependency is your internet connection.
6. Issues accessing the service
