Transferring QR codes between accounts

Transferring QR codes between user accounts is not currently a self-service feature. All transfers must be handled by the Unqode SmartQR support team.

How to request a transfer

  1. Email hello@unqode.com from the email address of the account you're transferring from.
  2. Specify the email address of the account you're transferring to.
  3. List the QR codes (by name or ID) you want to transfer.
  4. The destination account owner must confirm by replying to the email thread.

What transfers with the QR code

  • All QR code settings and content
  • Scan analytics history
  • Custom slug (if applicable)

What does not transfer

  • Folder assignments (you'll need to re-assign to a folder in the new account)
  • Account-level settings like white-label or webhook configuration
ℹ️ Transfers are processed within 1–2 business days. The QR code continues to function normally during the transfer.
